Couple of things on the short yardage stuff.
1. Take out the dumb option play when inside the 10. Joe is not that kind of QB to keep it when DL and LB's are baring down in close quarters, plus it doesn't look smooth every time they use it.
2. I hated it when Butch did it and I hate it now. Put in a QB sneak play and stop going from the shotgun on 4th downs. They are 3-13 on 4th down plays this year and 1-6 when it's under 2 yards. Use that 6-5 245 frame to sneak a yard when needed.
