When have you ever been able to just throw the ball away like that? I've never seen it done in that way.

Outside pocket, ball travels past line of scrimmage and you're good. No receiver needed in area.

How was it a fact? That is a judgement call every single time. The rule for DPI hasn't changed just because some refs aren't calling it the same.
