This play calling is atrocious. And the execution is no better
Agreed, but the poor officiating has contributed to the poor execution. Players get frustrated by the no-calls, and execution slips.

The bad play calling is completely on the coaches.

Coaches need to get the team together and get them all back on the same page.

Out on Halzle. Went away from everything that was working. I don’t mind going for it on 4th and short but everyone knows it’s up the guy in that formation. Have to have options. I’d have been fine with a big punt too. Instead we are losing in the 4th… gotta do something offensively.
It’s not Halzle. It’s Heupel

Sabey had the rule change made for him for this game.

Let's beat him anyway! Let it run out on Sabey

Alright team and coaches…you had an inexplicably poor third quarter. The good news is that you’re only down four. A stop here followed by a touchdown and all of a sudden the conversation changes.

You’ve gotta do it, though. Allowing another touchdown this drive effectively puts you in a hold that you probably won’t be able to dig out of even if everything goes your way.

Irrelevant. We should be winning this game easily. Bad play calling has cost us and likely will cost us this game.

Man I get that we are biased and have orange colored glasses but all these holds not being called absolutely change the way the game is played.
