Taking off the orange-colored glasses, I see that UT's defense is decimated by key injuries, our OL is horrendous, and we're facing a good UF defense.

Couple that with the fact that, over the last 11 years, UT has found a way to lose to some of the worst UF teams I've seen in my lifetime, and I don't see how anyone can like our chances.

Yes, UF's starting QB is out on Saturday, but how many times have we seen backup QBs have career days against UT? I still have nightmares of Rohan Davey in the 2001 SECCG.

Can UT win on Saturday? Absolutely. But I'm concerned that this team (and staff) hasn't shown the mental fortitude that's needed to overcome adversity.

Need the return of the Jones and Hall show from last year's UGA game. If we can at least have solid play on one side of the line (and if Wiesman can hold it down at center), we can put up a decent performance on offense.

Really? Butch's teams have shown that repeatedly...SC a couple of years ago, UGA last year, and arguably both App State and VT were opportunities to lose it. A Dooley coached team would've quit.

I know everybody will be annoyed by this but going to give it a try.

Heading to my first Tennessee game this weekend.

Was hoping I could get a few suggestions on things to do both on Friday and Saturday.

Friday - planning on walking around campus and trying to get dinner at Calhoun's but not sure how packed it would be. Any good restaurant/bar recommendations for 3 guys in their 20s?

Saturday - Wakeup and go to gameday. Can somebody let me know around what time the Vol Walk would be? Also, are there certain bars that kids usually pregame at close to the stadium? We do not really know anybody to tailgate with.

Any help would be great #WGWTFA

You know. I think you guys are underestimating the Florida running attack. That won't slow down our O except by time of possession, but Florida is not going to absolutely dead in the water when they have the ball.

I am still mulling over a score prediction.

Vol walk will be at 1:15. Band comes down at 2:00. I highly recommend watching both.

Calhouns will be extremely hard to get into. Do you like steakhouses? If so, it's definitely worth your time and money to try Ye Olde Steakhouse on Chapman highway. Totally awesome steaks and cool atmosphere.

If you like italian food, definitely check out Altruda's out on North Peters road. Their garlic rolls are the bees knees. Vol walk is a cant miss. Different places on the strip have stuff going on pregame.
