PWilly will never be a great player at TN. Our coaches don't know how to develop players. He will be the next five star bust just like Malone!!

Oh wait a minute Malone is balling out this year. It kills me to see how many on this board talk about kids as Freshmen and sophomores being busts. A couple of years in the weight room and systems changes a lot of busts into studs.

Agree. Sort of like the Bates is a bust talk. Recovers from injuries, hits the S&C, and goes on ST. Earns his way on the field and is now playing as the next man up. The best coverage LB on the team. We need to be patient with the development process.

The thing most fans don't remember is when a team is top 10 deep most freshman don't see the field. You get three or four each year that are so good they play no matter who you have but, the other 20 or so are at best in the three deep. We have had to play so many freshman the last few years our fans think if they don't start as freshmen they are busts. When you get depth if a freshman is playing it's the junior or senior in front of them who are the busts.

Never said he was a bust never said anything negative. All I said was I'm waiting on him to come on with it and we will be unstoppable on offense. FYI this is his second year and he was the talk of spring/summer.

Looking at you, Byrd, Buchanon, and Warrior.

Terrible start, wonderful finish. Proud of the fight in the team the second half. Happy for all the kids, especially the TN kids. THAT is why I am so hell bent on signing ALL the talented instate guys. 4-0 and UGA looks very suspect. Lets get em.

That quote wasn't directed at you. I know exactly what you meant. It was at the guys for the last two years who have said Malone is a bust. A guy isn't a bust till he leaves the team.

One of my friends Chris White is a perfect example. He sat on the bench for three years as a QB bust, as several put it. He gets moved to safety as a senior and just leads the nation in interceptions.

Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? It ain't over till it's over.

Prior to our game, Florida had allowed a total of around 400 yards in the 3 previous games. We had almost 500 in our game alone. Also, they had not allowed a passing touchdown in their previous 3 games. We had 4.

Yes! Leave J. Jones and Hall alone. I believe they made a huge difference Saturday.

Duck pulling a truck is basically a rallying cry for this team now.

Thanks Quincy Wilson!

That's the thing. We are going to be pretty damn confident moving forward. If we can finally play 4 quarters at the same level as the second half of the Florida games, look out.

If we beat UGA, Butch is playing with house money. He can be loose and relaxed (and the team by extension) vs A&M and Bama, which only increases the odds that we beat one of them.

If we beat UGA, we are winning the east.

Glad to see progress in the trenches. Return of our starting right tackle and depth on the defensive line were crucial to the rest of the pieces of the puzzle falling into place. Really like this team especially watching them begin to put it together over the years. Going to be some exciting football moving forward.

UGA is like a crappy version of Florida. Much worse on defense. Worse OL. Better running game but Chubb is hurt. Eason is a freshman and will get annihilated but will make a few plays. Oh, and we beat them last year so the team isn't afraid of them (not that they ever were, even when they had their own streak against us).

I feel very good about next week.

The only thing I'm slightly concerned (and this may be over analyzing) is them getting their teeth kicked in and them really rebounding hard from last week. Also, it's on the road

I think they will respond, but there's also a pretty good chance that they are just legitimately bad. They haven't done anything to impress me aside from Eason making a handful of throws and Chubb's performance vs UNC. Now Chubb is banged up and our DL is clicking on all cylinders.

Plus...Kublanow. Tuttle is going to eat him alive, as will every other DL we've got.

I feel like getting over the UF hump is going to have the team believing in themselves like they haven't before. They may come out and dismantle UGA.

It's fun watching other games around the league now that they have consequence for us again.

Who does florida get from the west, arkansas? Hope they and lsu can get them.
