I guess that is why he still had Trask in there throwing on first down instead of matching our backups at QB... Some of these attacks by folks claiming to be VOLS are just sad...

The last three staffs have subtly placed blame for team performance on a lack of leadership. They were the guys who signed the players up so this is one weak-arsed excuse

No. They quit blitzing but their starters were still in. Dean Cox Bogle etc..... But once again its not about who's playing its the little things. Elite Arm strength/accuracy on throws JG misses a lot. Getting the ball out quickly. Moving in the pocket when the pressure was coming. A ton of little things from both HB and JT that JG doesn't do.

May be an unpopular opinion but I agree. He left for his dream job, albeit in the worst fashion possible, and got humbled. So I don’t hold much ill will towards him personally.

As a coach he’s still talented as an modern offensive mind and he won’t mind hiring a talented DC and letting them do their thing. Plus he can recruit, we all know that.
