These were some the concerns we had during the off season…how will they respond to a uptempo offense that they have never ran before…and it’s honestly costing us yards,points and good field position..I don’t think it’s worth it until he can get his type of players in here for his offense..he needs to slow it down a bit

Dumbing and slowing it down makes it less effective and might take longer for the team to figure it out. Doing it full speed from the get-go causes more penalty issues, but reduces time to "getting" it and when it operates you get the full effectiveness. At least that's how I see it and why I'm fine with him doing it his way.
