Not negative but has anyone on the defense lived up to preseason hype? 6 games into the season the dline has 4 sacks. Upperclassmen safeties with bad angles. Once they get it all together, watchout. Until then they will be up and down

JRM, Kelly. McNeil has done okay. Kahlil, Tuttle look like future stars. Kirkland shows huge flashes. Barnett has played better than the stats might indicate. Lewis/Vereen have played pretty well in Maggitt's absence.

The holes are at CB 2, nickel and the safety opposite Kelly. MLB isn't there yet but I believe in Kirkland. We'll be alright.

The only solace in that is NFL scouts don't miss things like that. The kid will still be a first rounder by the end of it and represent UT extremely well in the league.

Especially Ritter and his gang. How in the world you miss the PI against Pwilly in the endzone and pick up the flag for block in the back on punt return is beyond me. And how do you miss the blow to the head of Dobbs? Blatant, and I've seem a lot less called. They also missed a personal foul/face mask penalty after the play shortly after the game began. One of their DL yanked Kerbyson by his face mask.

Not a single one all year that I can remember, and I've seen 30 or so where they tackle him.

I apologize if my post sounds a little raspy. I abuse the crap out of my vocal cords tonight. I've waited two years to get revenge on those stinking pups and this was a sweet victory for our boys. I know they have a long way to go but hopefully everyone can ease up on the negativity and let our coaches and our team grow up together. What a game and what a win for this team!

Ya I'm not an official basher usually, but some of these were on par with some of the OU ones, and those were just awful.

I didn't see a receiver in the area and he wasn't out of the tackle box. Should have been flagged.
