I’m not saying I’m glad they are gone. Can you imagine what our record would be if most of them were still here? But I think Alontae Taylor said a lot about the difference in the culture we have now.I think it’s bs that those players that received any benefits can get off by transferring and benefit other programs. Now this I can agree with. But as far as the players leaving torpedoing the program, no. I worried about it before the season, but I don’t now.
It’s about moving on from all that transferred. You’re asking what if. What if any or all stayed? None us know if any or all where cancers to the teams culture. In hindsight, some might have been. Whatever happens to those players, I don’t care now. Karma has a way to get it’s own.I’m not saying I’m glad they are gone. Can you imagine what our record would be if most of them were still here? But I think Alontae Taylor said a lot about the difference in the culture we have now.I think it’s bs that those players that received any benefits can get off by transferring and benefit other programs.
I agree totally with this.If the NCAA ever grows a set,and I don’t think they will, then those programs are going to be in trouble.College football is too much of a big business these days. The NCAA is a joke! They were trying to play with the big boys, they were just sloppy at it. Kirby only has the record he does because he has one of the most expensive rosters in the AA, same goes for Bama, Oh St etc...
Im not worried about the AA growing a set, the bigger issue is TN admin acting like babies instead of playing like the big dogs. Firing Pruitt and moving on wouldve been the answer for shcools who care, TN admin had to put on the white gloves and act terrified to get dirty.I agree totally with this.If the NCAA ever grows a set,and I don’t think they will, then those programs are going to be in trouble.College football is too much of a big business these days. The NCAA is a joke!
Why not expect the NCAA to be held accountable. It sure is a dirty business!Im not worried about the AA growing a set, the bigger issue is TN admin acting like babies instead of playing like the big dogs. AA around or not, he was gonna struggle. Hes been at UCF he has no connections with top level talent it was going to take awhile for him to get their attention regardless. We only have 2 SEC recruiters with connection on staff.
