They don't trust him. His performances in practices and in games obviously haven't earned their trust. That's why they give him very few downfield opportunities. Why do you have such a hard time understanding that?

Hooker had passes down the field all the time.

You realize hooker and Joe have the same amount of 20+ yard passes per game right?

He is throwing into a lot of really tight windows. He hasn’t been great most of the year but he was good prior to transferring to UK and settling in 3/4 through the season after a bye week.
