It was the 121st defensive backfield in the nation and chryst made 7 completions and had 2 interceptions in 19 attempts. Play calling changed and should have made him more successful but it didn't. But there again he hasn't had an interception in 148 pass attempts and he still is "worse than chryst."

I hope Sapp stays. He has speed and can cover the more pass happy teams. My guess is that he bounces after he graduates this year.

Anyone with half a brain knows the coaches bear some of the responsibility. Hubbs, and other media said they were severely outcoached. To Pruitts own admission he and his staff were outcoached. That doesn't mean I want them "fahr'd" as you put it. It means I acknowledge that these coaches for the most part are freshmen too and are learning on the job. I can't believe you give the coaches a pass while throwing these kids under the bus. It's weak.

These kids have thrown themselves under the bus. They are the common denominator. I give the coaches a pass because I don't see how they can accomplish anything consistently with these guys..

Weren't you the one that said they had "no pride"? You know it too, you just don't like putting the lions share of the blame on them, it is more palatable for you to blame the multimillionaires that work 80-100 hours a week...I wanna interject here and say something..I don't really blame the team for the loss itself necessarily, it was a tough matchup for them, but I do blame them for the way they lost, and not showing something...

Is it not the coaches job to coach them up? Maybe they're tired of being told that they suck. Maybe their pride is gone because of fans that say they're garbage. These coaches have to take some of the responsibility too, and they have.

That game was as much on the coaches as it was the players. It was an absolute fiasco from a game plan point of view. You place it all on the players, which is your prerogative. I choose to spread the blame around to where I see it fits, which is my prerogative.

@InVOLuntary...I apologize for being too aggressive in my discourse with you...my well known frustration and aggravation with what I plainly see as a great lack of intestinal fortitude on this roster gets to me.

I like you and respect you as a poster.

It’s the players and the coaches but will give the coaches the chance to get their players in here. With that said, some of these kids are giving their all even if their all is lacking. But I appreciate the effort. Coaches are pushing and learning as well. I have seen progress. Two and maybe three SEC wins and this was a three win team last year because they lucked out against Tech. We had some good schemes at times and nice moments. Feeling good about some progress on the field and now will see if they can get a top ten class.

I know some kids are, and I appreciated them.
