To me there’s two glaring positions coaches that need to go.

Oline. What can you say? A veteran oline and 5 star Tackle and they were bad to average at their best. Only Cooper played well the entire season. Just unacceptable 4 years in.

WRs. Drops. Can’t get open. What can you say? WRs underwhelmed last year too.

Other debatable positions.

OC/QB. Hard to say. As I still think that’s mostly a CJH thing. Maybe we still could explore someone else with different view points though. Could be a healthy thing.

Lbs. the main weakness overall on our defense. They flash at times but man are just flat out ugly at times. We have talent there not a lot of depth. Need to improve the room but I think coaching is lacking.

Dbs. Very good CB play overall. Saftey held it down better than I thought, think it’s just a lack of talent there. I’m fine with DB coaching this year.

Dline. He’s the man. But he needs to tell banks to shove it about “being the best dline in the country” it’s a contradiction at to his own coaching style which brings me to

DC. Man what a weird one. Obviously overall the defense was very good the majority of the year. However Banks has some glaring flaws. If his initial game plan fails him, he very rarely has answers. I think he also struggles in his coaching style. As mentioned before he seems to pamper his defense a bit, praising them a bit too much, maybe not hard enough on them. Who knows.

Shout out all the seniors, much love and thank you. but there a bunch of guys who are primary players who should be role players

Bru, Squirrel, Brazell should be 3rd and 4th options on top tier teams.

It’s time to upgrade talent.

We have a bunch of “great story guys” but those guys should only be depth guys.
How many guys on our team could start for top 5 teams? It’s a lot less than we want to believe.

This team overachieved like a MFer this year.
Bring In the talent !
This 100%

I’m honestly done with Heupel’s offense. It is a gimmick and now that teams have talent and coaching to know how to stop it then the lipstick will come off the pig.
You know what’s crazy…is others have added things to this exact offense and made it work even better. Things like mesh(shallow crosses) and flood plays.

And they won’t be. For the life of me I don’t understand why coaches like Elarbee and Hazle still have jobs. They have been liabilities all season.

I’m not ready to give up on Banks yet, but he needs some talent help on the field. He ridden the DL and one corner all season. To compete he needs better players across the board.
Tim Banks, Elarbee, Pope, and Willie Martinez are egregiously bad. But man Halzle might be the worst of all. What has he done besides take the OC reigns and then tank this elite offense straight into the ground lmao.

All you need to say was “fire banks and elarbee.”
