This was a big win for Heupel. They got tested big time. Hooker was off tonight, the OL played bad and we couldn’t really run the ball. We did everything we could to give this game away. But we didn’t. It was far, far, far from perfect but this team knuckled up when it counted and found a way to win. Big road win. Happy for the team!

But we won, man. We beat a top 20 team on the road in OT. They don’t all have to be pretty!

Yeah I'm happy for the big win. We just tried to give it away in so many ways. This could get the offense to practice better. Pitts D is pretty strong.

I think it’s too early. Josh and his team need 2-3 years before that starts happening because of how horrible this roster was when they got here. They played last year with 77 total scholarship players. And went 7-5. Is there something Huepel needs to work on? Absolutely. Is there something Banks needs to work on? Absolutely. The defense wasn’t horrible tonight (26 QB hurries). There are some DBs that need to be replaced, but I think there is a reason why they keep playing and not many people look at that.

Anyway, great win. Sloppy on O, but a win is a win and I’m excited!

The one thing I love love love about today, this defense is violent. WR, QB, HB all got smoked play after play today.

The defense really stepped it up. They were impressive no doubt. They put a lot of pressure on Pitt. Burrell is still the weak link but besides that, I thought the defense played pretty good.

defense carried us this game. Period. Do we still need help there, of course we do. Banks finally played himself at the end.

How about trevon flowers? Such a critical performance today both good and bad. The interception was great, the muffed punt was the worst play of the game for us, and then the best play of the game with that sack. Incredible
