Butch is a dead man walking, he knows it. He's just going through the motions. Put him out of our misery, Currie, tell Butch he needs to knock a million off his buyout or he has o take the beat down at the hand of Saban.

Seriously, every game he coaches makes him look that much more inept and it hurts his chances of future employment. For everyone involved he needs to go.

Sure, it is. Lots of programs fire a HC after a big loss when that HC is the root cause of the team's problems. It's a positive to start the next day with an interim who can regroup the team as soon as possible. Removing the uncertainty removes distractions and helps the players refocus with a new voice.

To be clear I'd have fired him 2 Saturdays ago. I'm just not dramatic enough to write off our entire program if they wait a week.

That's entirely incorrect. We went under center at the 1 or 2 and handed it to Kelly for a loss on the play.

You football fans, we ran a play out of the I formation today and it was stuffed. The I formation sucks, running from under center is overrated, unless running a QB sneak. We need a new coach because we run the ball with the box stacked. The only time they ever called good plays for the offense was the last drive.
