SC Offense: Nothing about their offensive depth chart scares me. OL is decent but that's about all they got. They are scary thin at WR and RB. They have 3 true freshman in their 2 deep at WR, one of which is their 4* prize QB Commit from last year. Bobo will have to win this one by himself.
SC Defense: They actually have a decent defense but really lack depth everywhere but DL. They have a solid DL to go along with that Depth. DL and CB is probably the only SEC Caliber Position groups they have on the whole team. They have two solid Corners. They have no depth at LB and Safety.
TN Offensive Gameplan: Chaney will probably go deep with the first play, then control the clock with the running game from there on. I wouldn't be surprised if we don't play this game similar to the way the Titans play offense. Run, Run, Run, Play Action. Rinse/Repeat. Throw in a jet sweep here and there. Only pass enough to keep them from stacking the box. When we do pass, we should utilize the middle of the field. They are weaker at S and LB vs. their outside corners. A good slot guy or legit TE could feast in this game if they try playing Man to Man. Enter Jalin Hyatt.
TN Defensive Gameplan: Be creative to keep their QB uneasy. They have a capable QB who should help minimize mistakes. Stop Shi Smith, past him the WR room is lackluster at best. Attack the Right Side of the OL. It is much weaker they their left side. Bobo will HAVE to get creative to try to produce explosive plays. They don't beat us toe to toe in a heavyweight slugfest. We need to stay conscious of this and don't allow the gimmicks or trickery to give them life.
Only two ways we lose this game:
1) We lose the turnover margin by 2+
2) SC is somehow able to stop our running game, and we have to rely on JG to be a true playmaker.
