That is awesome! Took my boys for the 1st time this past weekend.

I did not think about the noise and 1 had a meltdown on the opening touchdown when the crowd exploded. Ended up stuffing some tissues in his ears and things were good after that. Didn't have anything in his ears later in the game so may have been more startled than ears hurting. Just thought was worth mentioning because I know it will be WAAAAAAY louder this weekend! Hope they have a blast! GBO!

Quite a while ago I used to have season tickets about half the section beneath the VOLS letters in KK. My bro and I would sometimes walk up to the letters at halftime and look at the river.

Those are actually great seats. Before the north endzone was double decked, low-ish KK was directly opposite of the coaches' cameras for game film on a platform atop the single-decked north endzone. You can really see plays develop and the whole field. Sometimes from that vantage point you could call a touchdown almost immediately after the snap! Binoculars for close ups add fun.
