Yeah they changed it so that the penalty can be discarded if there's no targeting.

Agree here. We've seen lesser hits called. I hate everything about this rule and can't stand the communication of it. SEC needs to make it the number one priority this spring imo.

There is no rule that says you have to wrap up. The rule says no contact to head/neck and no leading with the helmet.
