Nico was a borderline 60% passer in high school. Mike Leach always said you can't make an inaccurate QB suddenly accurate. At any level. He wanted Heupel specifically because he was accurate despite not having a big arm.

Nico looks about as accurate as Milton based on the eyes test. Nico's deep ball has looked bad this year.
