Since his game planning buddy left for South Florida the Quarterback coaching has looked bad

Nico was a borderline 60% passer in high school. Mike Leach always said you can't make an inaccurate QB suddenly accurate. At any level. He wanted Heupel specifically because he was accurate despite not having a big arm.
