Last year was year 0, this is year 1 with the roster he brought in.

This OL will grow, and getting Richmond is monumental imo.

See here's the thing though: I haven't been impressed with them on either side of ball. Their D is good but not beatable. Their O isn't good.

I am honestly at a loss of thoughts on how I would go about this lol. The D doesn't need a talking to. It is the O and the coaches. Seriously, I can't figure out if lighting into them or just telling them I no longer have any faith in them is better.
