I predicted 31 to 10 but I don't think we'll get that TD. Sad thing is we have a championship caliber D and a fcs level offense.

We do thought the first 3 quarters. Lack of size and depth catches up late

Season and a half with Butch. I understand what you are saying. If we still look like this in 2016 then we know Butch isn't the man. Until then all I can do is just continue supporting the Vols and let the man do what he is paid to do.

If our offense still looks like this next year or anything close then Butch should be on the hotseat automatically, IMO. No way your offense should be dismal in Season 3 under the same coach.

I do wonder how much of the OL issues fall on Mahoney. It's not a strength issue for most of these guys. They play with really poor fundamentals.

I don't think we'll ever know the answer to that though.

I am starting to think this is a possibility. I understand physically the O line isn't a reflection at this point to Mahoney, but the mental prep and assignments are. These youngs guys can't even pickup a stunt in a 3 man rush because of confusion. That in my opinion that is a coaching issue.

Our guys just halfheartedly jog in motion when they know they aren't getting the ball. When it's a bubble screen or jet sweep they sprint. That tells me something.
