I gotta adjust my calories again. I shot up 2.8 pounds in two weeks and dropped my calories just about 700 on the week... and I’ve proceeded to drop .25 pounds for three weeks in a row.I’m excited to finish out and start a lean bulk. Haven’t really done hypertrophy work in years.
A whole week of work can be meaningless if you’re going nuts with a cheat day. Shouldn’t be any plateaus in 260s. Maybe cals aren’t low enough?262.8
Seems like I'm at a plateau a bit, or it could be that Friday night tends to be dinner night with the family & a cheat meal?
Planning to amp up exercising a bit to try and get the weight dropping again.
