We're not going to close the gap with those teams until we clearly pass the likes of USCe/Mizzou/UK/Vandy and classes like this will definitely help us get there with the right development. Gotta get the foundation set.

This class will be top 10 or damn near it. But, I think the biggest difference next year where UT will pass/beat Missouri, Vandy, Kentucky, and possibly S. Carolina will be player development and S&C. I expect multiple players on both sides of the ball, but especially on defense, to show massive improvements on the playing field. UT will be bigger, stronger, smarter, faster and better coached with better athletes all over the field. I have no doubt in my mind. That was Butch's biggest weakness and I think, along with recruiting, that's Pruitt and staff's biggest strength

11th on ESPN. and ave player rank is pretty comparable to most of the programs in and around hte top 10. really good class.

Good catch. I haven't been posting ESPN rankings because you have to be a f***ing insider to see them. I'll add the final rank to the OP.

Don't forget the 2 transfers, Solomon and Gibbs. They'll probably have to sit out a year. 247 ranked Solomon as #6 transfer and Gibbs as #37.
