Like how Joseph Smith found lost books to the Bible in Utah written on gold tablets and only he could decode the ancient writings with a special seer stone given to him by an angel who told him where to dig up the lost books?

Oh yeah I think it will play in our favor honestly. He will most likely not do a mission IMO because of his seriousness about being an elite football player. Mormons are brought up in very strict households with very high demands from their parents. He is they type of guy that will put in the effort needed to be successful on the football field. From what I have read about him his whole life consists of becoming a better football player. Kind of reminds me of a guy thats plays QB for the Colts...Hint Hint.

The gold plates were actually located in Palmyra, New York, not Utah.

But otherwise, right on. And I don't think we will have any problems with his Mormon issues.

My bad on NY vs. Utah...I try to keep up with current events, but sometimes ya just can't keep that stuff in yer noggin long enough.

I don't know anything other than some wishful thinking. I do think that after he makes all of his visits he will verbally commit to a school right away and won't waver. He will immerse himself in that schools system and will work hard to enroll in January. If it is indeed Tennessee, he will be able to compete to start as a true freshman. That is of course if he does not take a mission. If he takes a mission he will redshirt and have four years of eligibility left.

charles- ut - that article on him really thought we were in the lead and hold off usc
geathers- ut- good feelin on this one
oku - who cares wont be us if wet brown but if we dont he will be at ut

Charles-UT (this guy's the best of the lot anyway)

I just want one of these guys...charles would be a great get..brown scares me..geahters and oku would be great too but chalres is who i want the most
