No, he's not necessarily an adult. By age maybe, but in reality he is still a kid. Just because someone is 18 doesn't necessarily make them an adult just because the law says so. Being an adult means you behave in a certain manner in certain situations. Some kids mature faster than others and some are challenged earlier than others. In fact, there is a part of the brain that doesn't fully develop until the early twenties.

That being said, I would say this site is full of kids. It is ok to be critical of someone in a constructive manner, but to bash unnecessarily, as many do in here, is a sign of immaturity. So many assumptions are made without any real knowledge. The other poster got it right...our fanbase can be embarrassing at times. Don't tell me it is like that at every major program either. I know for a fact it isn't

And as far as our fanbase, I can tell you that we are right near the top when it comes to morons.

Wow we must watch different games... We play 4 on 5 w/ SP on offense and when we go zone he has NO clue how to rotate and let's players inside him all the time. But then again I don't understand b/ball.

Since u have the answers tell me WHY he should play? And no u can't use EFFORT there's millions of guys w/ ZERO talent that plays with effort and they don't material into D1 players

Actually my son isn't old enough to play any sports yet and I do coach myself and one thing that disturbs me more than anything is coaches who play there kid over another kid simply b/c its his kid... I hate daddy bal land we have it now beyond our youth leagues in Knoxville it is at our highest level!!! If we had any other coach in America SP never touches floor in meaningful minutes and U know that... If SP is our 6th best player than I'm trying out next year b/c I belong on the same floor as him...

Your probably right but if I don't know anything about I sports I know SP isn't a d1 player and we have a few guys who play less minutes that can eat his lunch any day of the week.
