The other reason is, lets say, its not advantageous for me to discuss such matters on an open forum

It been unfortunant to see what links people go to in order to protect their "turf".

Yeah. The argument pretty much boils down to this:

Liberals- "We're going to pass laws to force you to agree with us and fund our ideas"

Conservatives- "No, you aren't"

Liberals- "HATER! Your vitriolic rhetoric is going to destroy the country!!!! You need to be sent to sensitivity training to rehabilitate you from those thought crimes."

Government given gifts as generosity? Awesome standard.
