I didn't realize they were that old. Rick is 59 now.

I admire both of them and their whole family .

Never got to see Dick Hoyt pushing his son, but the Team Hoyt group in Va Beach is huge. As an avid runner, they always inspired me immensely. Such a great foundation and started from a wonderful man. And as said above, an absolute beast. Sad news indeed.

I've been dealing with tinnitus for over 2 years, it can be annoying.

Dang, such a young guy too.

I have such severe tinnitus that I wear my headset at my desk all day everyday to try and keep my hearing threshold up. Can't imagine killing myself over that though.

Dat gum! I've dealt with tinnitus for over 30 years and have had some severe bouts with it. Once I learned to sleep with noise (TV) in the back ground and stop drinking too excess, it soothed it out. I still get bouts, but no where near what they used to be.
