That was my thought when I read it. I was like, dang, dude what a very graphic and detailed idea about what you say you want to see happen. I'm thinking 99.999% of people don't want to see anyone actually get raped. That guy has some issues to work out. Guessing he will land in prison if he doesn't get help.
