I really hate to give this any attention at all, but in the interest of your insatiable desire to create focus upon yourself, narcissistically affirmed…nvm
It def ain’t worth my wisdom…other than to recommend you seek out counsel beyond yourself. A serious mentor, accountability partner or therapist… to review not just the accusations presented on this board, but focused on your response to this community.
a very thin line separates a narcissist v confidence. it is a very hard line to navigate...I'm not perfect
Re response to this community,,,this forum is a unique environment. The person I sometimes am and have to be on here has very little in common with my everyday personality. At work, with family, and even here I try to be a giving person. In coaching I am very confident, as a coach has to be (teams take on the personality of their coach) and here I post as a coach, not a fan not a friend.
Narcissistic coaches (and people for that matter) don't last in the field of youth sports. Neither do non-confident coaches. It is truly a tough line to navigate. I try.
