You kidding or serious was leading the SEC in scoring this season before she got in the transfer portal. Anyway I guess there are a lot of people that don't know who she is but I thought they were all none followers of women's basketball.

When the LVs are playing other teams that I get to watch, I don't pay that much attention to the other players that they're playing & take notes on them. For me, it's difficult to keep up with so many good college girl players going & coming through the portal.

Also appears to be a great kid all around. She definitely brings more to this team than just basketball skills, we are building some solid chemistry with this addition.

Adding Justine, Jackson, Powell, and Suarez to go with the 3 seniors in Horston, Key, and Walker is a very solid 7 players. Plus the 4 freshman that will be sophomores. I am very excited to watch this team gel next season.

I've been on Cloud 9 since this news came out.

And the more I think about it, the more I think that, yeah, this goes down as a huge feather in the caps of our staff for having created a culture that a player like Jackson was attracted to.

But I also think we need to express a great deal of respect and appreciation for the players we have on our favorite team right now, because it is the obvious joy to be around each other that anyone who is paying attention at all has seen and enjoyed. The Lady Vols and their coaches have been involved this season in what amounts to a very special, very public, love story -- one that makes old people like me wish I could turn back time and find that kind of team to join myself.

So, I guess what I'm trying to say is that I suspect our players themselves and the love they have for one another is Tennessee's best recruiter.

Sounds encouraging. This LVs team started out this season like 18-1. Next year, the sky will be the limit or until the injury bug hits.

Just had a sobering thought. That’s how I felt about SC last fall and it didn’t quite turn out to be that way.
