I'm asking if following people in Twitter is the same as following them in a car or walking behind them. I know it's more creepy, I'm just wonder if it would fall under stalking laws

Couldn't this be considered stalking...by definition
Stalking is defined as a pattern of unwanted behavior, directed at a specific person, which causes that person to change their routine or feel afraid, nervous or in danger.

Which is illegal.

Literally the only two things that have changed are one end of the political spectrum is no longer being buried and degenerate, evil stuff like CP is being removed.
