He's smoking and has another 7 joints on him.

In paranoid state and thinks it's cops when it was probably a hotel employee that received complaints about smell

Busts window and tries to escape

Seems plausible right?

Pfft... please tell me you forgot the blue font. Pot on its own does not cause people to smash windows and jump out of them.

I wouldn't blindly lap up what the police and media are putting out now. What if the j's were spice instead of regular weed? Does that change things a tad?

Nah. The Titans will probably spend picks to trade up from the second overall pick to the first overall pick to get Nkemdiche who I believe will be a bust at the next level. He's pretty much allergic to collegiate back fields, no reason to believe he'll get anywhere near an NFL one.

Weed doesn't kill actually. In fact, it's one of the few drugs you can't overdose and die on.

IDK that I've ever been in a "paranoid state" after smoking a joint. I'm wondering what else is in this guy's marijuana if he is jumping out windows. I think the most excited I ever got after smoking a joint was realizing we had run out of potato chips.
