I think it’s the other way around. It’s fine to teach our sons to be masculine. What’s not fine is teaching them to be misogynistic cretins.Child support coming out of father's social security payments if he's truly a POS but we also have a society problem that encourages POS father's. So might want to quit normalizing anti-masculinity.
Imagine you, a literal discompassionate racist, arguing in favor of abortions on the grounds that they're "compassionate" using sad examples representing a fraction of abortions.
Good lord, you didn’t pay attention at all did you? Bet your son was much more developed than 15 weeks gestation, wasn’t he?My son was way premature, and couldn’t have survived on his own. He spent good time in a nicu. He’s now 11. I can assure you he was very much “life”. Do you realize how stupid you sound?
Nope, that’s not what it means at all. Look up when a fetus can independently digest food through it’s alimentary tract, breathe air independently, regulate it’s own hormones (both endocrine and exocrine), and then get back to me.That's asinine. That would mean current premature babies are not considered a life. Newborns, are not considered a life.
What this tells me is that you lack experience with babies and any exposure to nicu. Your conditions for life are incoherent and unscientific.
The things you listed aren't achievable until birth. Are you saying a baby at 9 months isn't living because the placenta exists? Because the baby has not yet digested food?Nope, that’s not what it means at all. Look up when a fetus can independently digest food through it’s alimentary tract, breathe air independently, regulate it’s own hormones (both endocrine and exocrine), and then get back to me.
I’m saying when a fetus is ABLE to do those things, then they are viable. That’s literally what that means. The things you listed aren't achievable until birth. Are you saying a baby at 9 months isn't living because the placenta exists? Because the baby has not yet digested food?
Or are you saying if born at age x, it needs to be able to do all of that?
Do you view a turtle egg as a life?
I encourage y’all not to debate the morality of abortion with these folks.
The courts decision was a Constitutional decision. Not a morality decision.
The 10th amendment and Constitution won. Let’s keep it going.
Completely understand this position. And I do believe that what we are seeing is abortion is not as popular as what the left believes. I know they have their polls that say otherwise. But I’ve seen data that shows the opposite. In summary I guess the good guys are winning.I don’t completely disagree with you. But it is important to fight outright lies like that “it’s not alive until it’s viable”.
A lot of such lies have been used as brainwashing towards abortion for decades.
I’ve posted this before, but I think it especially applies to you:

A baby 8 months in the womb is not ABLE to do those things UNTIL it is delivered and the ONLY thing holding that ability back is the act of being delivered. So I ask you again to clarify if you mean the ability to do it if delivered or actively doing it makes a difference. Are you supporting abortion up until delivery?I’m saying when a fetus is ABLE to do those things, then they are viable. That’s literally what that means.
