He's got a house on Lake Oconee near there.

He's overrated.

And why would he want a house on Lake Oconne, of all places? Its fake.

On topic, I take the allegations with a grain of salt. The girl could be looking for attention and money.

The chances of him getting accused for that twice isn't very high.

i dont give the first one much merit. She has filed a civil lawsuit, so she's only after money. If she wanted justice she'd press criminal charges.

And I think it's important to take Roethlisberger's claims of innocence with a grain of salt. After a second time, it's time to dig real deep for the truth. Professional athletes don't have the greatest reputation in this realm. Because of their fame and money, many of them start feeling like women are theirs for the taking. 'Big' ben might have some 'big' issues.

kinda odd, to have allegations keep surfacing
I'm sure the Rooney's are cringing, they run a first class franchise

This one at least did goto to police to investigate. According to the news here, they have 12 people from the GBI and police on the case and were awaiting lab results. If it were nothing I don't think they would need to send anything to the lab

It's a big lake with a bunch of high end development around it. What's fake about it?

Its man made and I'm being overly critical. I'm not a big fan of lake oconee, or lakes in general, but its a personal preference. I know a lot of people who own lake property there.

does anyone else find it odd how little ESPN and the other news outlets are publicizing this? The Kobe scandal was front page top headline, this, being the second accusation against Roethlisberger, is getting pushed to the back page and isn't even on the ESPN.com headlines.

Wonder if it would be that way if he was black?

Ben's legal advisors should just try and blame all this behavior on concussions.

Well Kobe's a much bigger name player in sports honestly;

but honestly too, it all depends alot as well on how the public viewing responds to it

everyone was all over the Kobe story, and the public was interested to find more and more out about it etc, so ESPN shows it alot

If say the public is more interested in the NCAA tourney or something else, ESPN is going to respond by yes still showing news about what happened, but they're not going to force it to the front or anything

sports & news media's all about alot of times showing what the public responds to, interest wise

I was wondering how long it would be before someone threw out the race card. There is a scroll on their bottom line that keeps updating this situation since the news broke. There has been plenty of coverage on ESPN, everything does not have to be racially motivated, people are not unfairly targeting blacks.
