On Greta last night, Sarah Palin said the Obama campaign should drop Biden for Hilary and said if they did that, they'd easily win. Well played Sarah, now they'll never do it

Meh, I get what his point was -- a continuation of the theme that under Romney the lower and middle classes will bear the brunt of balancing the budget. But his choice of that metaphor I suspect was intentional given the crowd and its just rhetorically not necessary and over the top.

I don't think its that Biden is dumb or, in the words of Rudy, just not smart. I think he gets in front of a crowd and believes his own hype. Its not lack of intellect, its pure ego that drives him to be an idiot on the podium.

no, I'm pretty sure Joe Biden is an idiot. Whether it's just natural or a result of years of alcohol abuse coupled with a couple of brain aneurysms, Joe Biden is an idiot.
