Your argument is obviously all over the place. With this logic he should have won it all with the Almighty Tebow at the helm himself. Obviously he had holes to fill with other talent especially on the defensive side of the ball which came together in 2008. Also your point about how down the SECE is during that time then should apply to how down Boise State's conference is year in and year out. I bet your were one of the Kiffin believers as well. If it was him instead of Meyer you would be crowning him the second coming.

He's won a national title without Jimbo and he's won a national title without Kirby.

Kirby was a GA at FSU when Saban won the title at LSU.

Fisher was the OC/HC in waiting when Saban won at Alabama.

You had a coach who had the can't miss staff who was going to bring UT back and then bolted after one year. He was the attention whore I do believe. Our emotional retard qb helped win 2 NC titles and was the first sophomore Heisman trophy winner. Also winning 2 NC in 4 years will get you on national television a whole lot more than 3 coaches in 3 years.

Yeah UT has really cranked them out as well....Heath Shuler, Andy Kelly, Tee Martin....you all are as bad about Peyton as Alabama fans are/were with Bear Bryant. And the fact he was 0 for Florida in his career speaks volume.....

Florida has had 59 players drafted since 2000. Only one of them would even get close to being considered for a Pro-Bowl. (Percy Harvin and thats a stretch) Florida players don't translate. Every team has busts but the amount of Florida players that just don't cut it is crazy. Especially considering that these were all 4 or 5 star kids coming into college.

And no Tebow cannot qualify as a Pro-Bowler as a third strong QB behind a terrible Notre Dame QB. Tebow has no chance at being a starting QB in the NFL.

I won't go that far at this point but I will say it is very unlikely IMO. After watching him in the preseason I was surprised at how slow his delivery looked in the NFL game.

I knew that the new NFL rule prohibiting first round picks from starting in the NFL would be bad.

If my hero turned out to be nothing more than a mediocre player I would result to posting like you have also. I understand. The most interesting thing about Tebow is watching Florida fans try and defend his honor even though they know he has no chance at starting as a NFL QB. Keep fighting Florida fan, it helped Rex Grossman, Jesse Palmer, and Danny Wuerffel, and the other 50 or so NFL busts from Florida.
