Sure you can, as long as you have it in front of the right court in the right part of the country. No doubt Rudy is a clown, in a world full of clowns just like him. You and the other partisan hacks will screech when the shoes on the other foot. And it will happen, only a matter of time.
such a rabbit hole ..litigation nation..you cant even turn on the TV without defamation

Rudy called the decision absurd, and said he will appeal.

"The absurdity of the number merely underscores the absurdity of the entire proceeding."

I seriously doubt that. No one will ever be as low as Trump. He's scum of the earth.
Rudy Giuliani has proven himself to be capable of just about anything.

This is pure gold.

In the first ten seconds of this video, Rudy Giuliani doubles down on his claim that Ruby Freeman and her daughter, Shaye Moss, "engaged in changing votes." That allegation is now in complete defiance of what his own attorney has admitted in court.

A reporter then tells Rudy Giuliani that there is no proof of that. Giuliani then responds, "Oh, you're damn right there is. Stay tuned." This heavily implies that Giuliani will testify and finally provide some proof of his claim. The next day, Giuliani says, "I intend to," when asked if he will testify .... Predictably, he reneges. As always, he fails to support his allegation.

He has had 3 years now. Rudy Giuliani is all talk. No results.

Did he ruin peoples lives?

If Rudy Giuliani had made it his publicly stated mission to be found liable of defamation in a civil law suit, he could not have done a better job than this.

LOL.

Why didn't he testify and provide evidence of Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss changing votes .... like he said that he would do while standing in front of the courthouse the other night? What has kept him from going on OAN, Newsmax or Fox News in the last 3 years and showing his evidence to them? It couldn't possibly be that Rudy Giuliani is full of $hit, could it?

Per his attorneys, Rudy Giuliani is on the brink of financial ruin, and he has nobody to blame but himself for it.

So she didn’t lose her job but got what she described as threatening messages? That ruined her life?

The harassment which they described, was intense and unrelenting. The MAGA goons showed up at her house.

And finally, from the AP News article .....

"When I testify, the whole story will be definitively clear that what I said about them was true, and that, whatever happened to them - which is unfortunate about other people overreacting - everything I said about them is true." - Rudy Giuliani

Now, how can you say something like that, during a defamation trial, and then not testify?

Rudy Giuliani is a flat out liar. He has been promising evidence of election fraud against these two women for 3 years .... and he has delivered absolutely nothing. Just one empty promise after another. It has gotten old.

There are two constants here ...

1) Rudy Giuliani will always claim that everything he has said will be proven true when he testifies and presents his evidence.

2) Rudy Giuliani never testifies, or presents any evidence.

Rudy Giuliani has been ordered to pay $148,169,000 to two women he falsely accused of committing election fraud in the 2020 election.

148 million? Ummm….in the 1990s Rudy Giuliani also defamed me.

Those women will probably receive just as much as you will in damages .... Can't draw blood from a stone. By most accounts, Rudy is just about broke. He is being sued for over $1 million by some former attorneys of his for unpaid fees. Apparently, Rudy can't even pay that.

I definitely don't feel sorry for him.

He did this to himself, and yet, he continues to lie. Shouldn't he seek help, or do the reasons he got himself into such dire financial straits not matter? He has engaged in very self-destructive behavior .... and refuses to change anything. The guy is a compulsive liar. He is not a victim.
