Sorry guys, but Pruitt is not going anywhere he will get at least 2 more years and if Bailey and Salter can get some play time early he may just pull it off and turn Tennessee around. He really screwed up with the whole JG thing and not developing the new guys sooner. If they were that bad he should have been all over a grad transfer to get us by short term.

My money is on Harrison Bailey, I think the kid can be a great one but he has to get some play time and not after we are down by 50. We have had about 4 weeks now with the virus, that Bailey could have picked up a lot of experience with the first team, we will see what happens but Pruitt is so damn stubborn he might just stick with JG.

Pruitt isn’t a coach. He has no football IQ if he couldn’t see Guarantano was a complete bum last year.

He stuck with him all of last season.

Any intelligent coach would have told him to get packing at the start of the offseason last year. Let the young guys make the team theirs. Guarantano plays games with the new guys as a starter for 754 years at Tennessee.

Bailey should have been getting all the reps and experience. But Pruitt isn’t a legit football coach.

I think Sankey had clout while OM was under sanctions thus he killed Freeze to Bama and Tenn as OC. Now that OM is out of trouble, Sankey may not like it but there’s nothing he can do to prevent a school from hiring him. See Auburn hiring Pearl, Ga hiring former UCLA coach, Miss St hiring their Bb coach, etc.
