Russia Blocks Kerch Strait

Trump will explain in a tweet that he is very concerned. Then he will say that Russia and Putin adamantly deny having fired on Ukrainian ships.

Back to my original question, why must it be us? Other countries sit back and wait for us to respond while they do next to nothing to help the situation. Why can't someone else lead the charge?

Can I ask what brought about your change of heart on Ukraine? I remember when the crisis started you said Obama shouldn't have done anything and not get confrontational with Putin now you're demanding Trump to act tough?

Because one was a thought-out and informed decision on policy and international relations, whereas the other is doing his pimp a solid.

Gonna be interesting to see how we respond either way. We’ve already cast our lot with the Ukrainians with the arms shipments.

This is all occurring in an international shipping route? There's no legitimate dispute of UKRs right to be there?

I thought liberals were supposed to be about "peace"?

Making Trump and the Republicans look bad trumps everything else. Politicians have no problem risking American lives in their pursuit to one up each other.

If we would mind our own business, we wouldn't be in a position where we felt compelled to take action in a skirmish halfway around the globe.

Where did I do that?

Suggesting Russia must have a legitimate reason. It's Putin. He'll probably make something up, but that doesn't make it legitimate. Bottom line, he wants what he wants and has no qualms in taking it.

Unless you're a Russian sympathizer.
Again, there has to be a catalyst for this action. Putin, even his critics would have to admit, isn't one to act capriciously. If he is taking military action here, there must be some sort of military provocation or reason that the Ukrainians have started.

That's right... I merely suggested. I didn't defend them.
