Suppose that is true... wouldn't there have been some skirmish or conflict or some sort of counter-revolution between now and 2014 for those that opposed the reunification with Russia?

How about you stand up to Russian forces and let me know how that turns out for you? Also Newsweek is reporting that the Russians *could* launch an attack over Christmas.

Ukraine is ran by a globalist puppet...his job is to further isolate Ukraine from Russia...

Look, you and I know good and damn well that if Crimea was really taken against the peoples' will under hostile conditions that there would have been some type of push back and resistance long before now. The people of Crimea are happy and content to be in the Russian Federation. The only people that seem to be upset are you and NATO.

Putin is doing more to unite Ukraine and the West than any previous Russian leader. He went in to stop further integration and yet the complete opposite is happening. Remarkable what fours years of Russian invasion does to a people. Anyways I just saw where the Ukrainian MoD is now repeating claims of a chemical provocation by the Russians. Before today it was only Russian sources claiming one would occur.

Oh and one more false Russian claim that went by the wayside: Martial law came and went without Petro using it to stop the Presidential elections.

Funny the impact having a neighbor nation invade you can have.

I hadn't been keeping track, but apparently pro-EU/NATO sentiment is growing. If UKR could only get its act together.

I asked this in 2014 and I ask it again going into 2019... but is joining the EU in the best interest of Ukraine given all of the turmoil and chaos that loose confederation is going through over the last few years?
