What could a world-class city like Dallas possibly provide for Saban and his family that Tuscaloosa/Birmingham couldn't?

He doesn't seem like a big city person, he grew up in small coal mining town in WVA, he lives on Lake Tuscaloosa and spends his free time at a lake in Georgia. I heard an interview with him and his wife and they hated the lifestyle of Miami.

No, what I said was just facts, where he grew up, where he lives now and where he spends his vacation time. Kiffin grew up on the west coast in LA, much different from a small coal mining town in WVA, and much different from Tn. He did say a lot of garbage. Saban's background and lifestyle aren't like LA glitter boy kiffin, you should have expected that from him.

You mean thinly-veiled comments meant to endear you to your fanbase hold little meaning?

Saban hasn't kept roots planted in any one place in his professional career for longer than 5 years. I can't see him starting now... especially since the pressure will be on after a NC and Heisman winner and consistent highly ranked recruiting classes.

God knows there are no trailers in Chattanooga. I hate the Tide as bad as anyone, but it's not that bad a place to live.

What does a Texas twister and a Tennesse divorce have in common? Someone is going to lose a trailer. Of course that could fit any state in the south. They are everywhere, unemployment is everywhere.

I'd like to see him leave not because of the competetion he gives but for the epic meltdown their fanbase would have.

yeah , I would say it would be far worse of a meltdown. Saban has actually accomplished something in college football.

That's one thing I didn't understand about all the rioting, burning, phone calls, and threats to young children. Why? He is a loser, and you could only get better.

I doubt this is going to happen, but it would be wonderful to watch Alabama fans s*** a brick if it did.

That could fit any state anywhere, south, north, midwest, Arizona, California, anywhere. In "MANY" places mobiles are the only affordable housing to be found.
