Who's the better coach out of the three?

Anyone worried about the Spurrier vs Monte match-up? Is Spurrier the first coach who can really test Monte on the Xs and Os and do something different / surprising?

I'm more confident than I should be for what would be "Letdown Week" but I just wonder if SOS has a few tricks left up his sleeve....

Spurrier's fun n gun system is washed up---old news. D coordinators figured it out long ago. He should retire--he will not be winning anything at sc.

1. Meyer- 2 BCS championships, 2 SEC titles, 2 MWC titles in 9 years as a head coach.

1a. Spurrier- 1 National Championship, 6 SEC titles, 1 ACC title.

3. Nick Saban- 1 National Championship, 2 SEC titles.

Just because CUM caught lightning in a bottle with Tebow does NOT make him a better coach than Saban.

As much as it pains me to say, Saban should get another NC this year. I don't think FL beats AL.

Saban...no question
Spurrier....far away 2nd.
Meyer...Riding Tebow's jock strap. We will see his true colors and ability in the next few years unless he realizes it sooner and leaves for Notre Dame

Spurrier is the better X's and O's guy, but is without a great QB that he needs to complete his system. He's got the playmakers at WR, but no one to get them the ball consistently and often. BTW, I hate Spurrier! Go Vols!!!

Did the Spurrier-coached Redskins ever play the Monte-coached Bucs?

Edit: in 2003, Kiffin's Bucs beat Spurrier's Redskins 35-13.

It's not an argument.

You take Tebow away and those titles go with him.

Now go abort your life, troll.

Meyer was 9-4 with Tebow at QB in '07. He won a BCS title with Zook's leftovers and Leak at QB in '06. Your reasoning lacks.

I am not a fan of any, probably would rather spend a day with Spurrier, thought he was a hell of a coach at one time...as much as I hate to say it SABAN. Meyer can recruit and I thought he did a great job at BGreen and Utah...would have been damn pleased if he showed up after Utah wearing Tennessee orange, but Saban is better. Saban was a great coach at Mich St and had he stayed they would be routinely beating Ohio St. and UM, no doubt in my mind.

With that said I have been very impressed with CLK from the jump, I hope this feeling continues after Saturday night and see how he does with a team that has to be somewhat "down" after the bama game. If he has them ready and they beat SoCaro I will be extremely pleased and looking forward to the remaining schedule this year, 10, 11, 12 ad infinitum.

GO VOLS

Going off what they have done since Urban and Saban have done since they have come in to the league I'm going with Meyer. He won a NC with Zooks talent and then turned around in 08 and won it again. Saban had talent his first year, and went 7-6 then year 2 startd 12-0 and lost 2 straight to close. As far as Spurrier and Monte go, mnte will take care of that "fun and gone" offense. I don't think we will give up more than 10 points
