"I think most people know I'm here for the long haul," Saban said. "I'm not looking for another challenge. I've done that too much.

"When I was at LSU, I was ready to settle in except for one thing: Would I ever go to the NFL? Well, I did that and learned about myself and feel fortunate that I got back to a good place where you had a chance to win, and that was here. So regardless of what anybody else says, I'm not looking for another challenge.

"I'm not satisfied with my performance, but I am satisfied with myself being here."

I honestly think Saban is looking for another challenge. Urban Meyer also said he wasn't leaving ESPN either.

Smart. You don't play easy to get when you know there is the potential of someone coming after you with large money.

He won't take the Browns job, but if a good NFL team calls then he might look.

All I can say is....How bout dem Cowboys. Jerry Jones' money could make Saban dance a jig all the way to Big D.

It is awesome how badly our rivals want this to happen.

I, personally, would love for Saban to stay just so we could beat him. That being said, I think if someone came and threw the bank at Saban he would leave. That's just my thought. I have no proof what so ever. He may surprise everyone and stay at Bama for a long time.

If it's only about money, no one is going to outspend Alabama. We'd throw 10 million at him if that's what it took.

Of course everyone else wants it to happen. You were horsecrap for almost 20 years before Saban. We want him to leave so you can go right back to being horsecrap again. Duh.

Of course it wouldn't be about money. If he goes somewhere else, it'll be because that's what coaches do after they reach a certain level of success. They get restless and think about the next thing. It's not Alabama, it's not Saban. It's coaches in general.

Then how did Tennessee get stuck with Derek Dooley?
