Thieves Stole more than $100 MILLION worth of precious gems and jewelry from Brinks Armored Vehicle on its way to international convention in LA: 'People have lost their entire livelihoods'

California thieves stole more than $100 Million worth of gems and jewelry in an armored truck heist last week, authorities said.

The merchandise had been loaded onto the truck late on July 10 following an exhibit hosted by the International Gem and Jewelry Show in San Mateo, south of San Francisco, said Brandy Swanson, the group's director.

Eighteen victims reported more than $100 million in losses but Callahan said it was insured for less than $10 million.

Swanson said vendors who travel between jewelry shows typically underinsure their merchandise because they can't afford to insure it fully.

'That's where the discrepancy comes in. These are mom-and-pop operators,' Swanson said. 'They're devastated. Some of these people have lost their entire livelihoods.'

Masked Merch Raiders make off with $500,000 of designer watches and handbags from celeb favorite Malibu store in SECONDS: Caitlyn Jenner blames Gov. Newsom and his soft-on-crime policies

Caitlyn Jenner has slammed democratic governor Gavin Newsom and soft-on-crime DA George Gascon after a video emerged of thieves making off with $500,000 in luxury goods from a Malibu store.

The video posted to Instagram shows brazen thieves snatching armloads of designer bags from a high-end store before fleeing out the front door into broad daylight.

It happened around 2pm on July 12 at the Maxfield store at the Malibu Lumber Yard shopping center, The Malibu Times reported. At least six suspects - male and female - barged into the store, body slammed a security guard and made off with the goods, a sheriff's spokesperson said. No one was injured.

LA Starbucks barista reveals homeless people attacked staff with METAL CHAIRS in woke Democrat-led city where illicit drugs are being 'handed out like crack pipes' after firm said it'll shutter 16 stores in US due to violence

A Starbucks staffer has revealed she and coworkers have been repeatedly harassed by homeless at their store in Los Angeles - with one vagrant even going as far as hurling heavy metal chairs at the scared worker.

Many have blamed woke elected leaders for the closures, due to processive policies that have seen a rise in homelessness in recent years. Pictured is a homeless man sitting outside an LA Starbucks

The reported disruptions include drug use by paying customers and, more often than not, members of the public - who often take advantage of the company's open bathroom policy, which allows nonpaying patrons to use their facilities. Starbucks is closing more than a dozen stores due to reports of rife drug use and disturbances by brazen members of the public at the popular cafés. Pictured is a shuttered store in Portland, Oregon - one of the cities that will see closures - that was ransacked by looters in 2021

Meanwhile, workers in ' woke cities' have sought to unionize amid the closures, which were announced by Shultz last Monday, charging that he's started a 'war' against the union by shuttering the too-dangerous-to-operate locations. Convicted Murderer Andres Cachu, freed early thanks to woke reforms, arrested again

cachu1-1.jpg

Andrew Cachu, who was convicted of shooting a man in the back as gang members held him down, was allegedly asleep with his gun in a car blocking traffic Wednesday night.

A California murderer who was freed under woke reforms just five years into his sentence of 50 years to life has been busted again — accused of leading cops on a car chase while high on drugs and carrying a gun, according to the prosecutors who’d helped get him free.

Andres Cachu was a 17-year-old gangbanger in 2015 when he gunned down Louis Amela, 41, during a robbery in Los Angeles, according to court documents obtained by Fox News.

He was tried as an adult and in 2016 sentenced to 50 years to life in prison, the Los Angeles Times noted.

However, that same year, California introduced Proposition 57, a sweeping criminal justice reform that barred prosecutors from trying juveniles as adults without a judge’s approval — and allowed those who had been to seek more lenient sentences.

Elderly San Francisco Asian woman Brutally Beaten by 4 juveniles in apartment complex

A 70-year-old San Francisco woman was brutally beaten by four attackers in broad daylight at her apartment complex.

"They used their fist to hit my head multiple times and then they pulled me down and kept kicking me," the elderly lady, who wanted to be identified as Mrs. Ren, told KGO through an interrupter.

Mrs. Ren had spent the last two years in her apartment over fears of COVID-19, opting to leave for the first time Sunday only to be met by a mob of attackers in the hallway of her apartment complex.

Mrs. Ren said the suspects soon realized she had an iPhone 7. She refused to give up her phone and attempted to escape to a nearby elevator, trying to get the doors to quickly close, but the suspects followed her into the elevator and began their brutal attack.

Footage of the incident shows suspects kicking and punching Mrs. Ren in the face as she lies on the ground. She attempts to retreat to the hallway, but was unable to close the door. The suspects return again to steal her keys and begin taking turns assaulting her.

International Drug Cartels illegally draining water supplies to grow plants, state senator claims

International drug cartels are illegally draining precious resources from California to grow plants, a state senator has warned.

Growers are buying up vacant lots and houses, creating elaborate greenhouses and farms that pull much-needed resources from Californians struggling under water rationing and electric brownouts.

State Sen. Melissa Hurtado told the Washington Examiner many of the property owners belong to cartels in China and Russia.

Mexican cartels have been farming on a small scale for decades, but this new breed of criminal enterprise is alarming, Sgt. Mike Charman of the Mariposa County Sheriff’s Department said.

We need some Paul Kersey's running around. I would love to see some vigilante justice across various cities. Someone should find these punks and f*** them up, one by one. Give them a beating they will never forget. Repeat this enough all across America and these scenarios will lessen.

Addicted To Wokery, No Matter The Cost: California Democrats pass bill to allow MORE Open-Air Drug Sites - despite disastrous first attempt in San Francisco that is now set to close

California Governor Gavin Newsom is set to decide on a new bill that would allow for more open-air drug sites across his state, despite the disastrous pilot attempt in San Francisco which is now due to be closed.

The bill, SB 57, was passed yesterday by the state senate and is now with Newsom's office where, if signed, it will be passed into law.

It would allow addicts to go take their drugs with needles and other paraphernalia that is paid for by the taxpayer. He has not yet indicated which way he is leaning.

LAPD Slashes homicide division to just 10 people despite spike in murder rate

Los Angeles Police Department homicide detectives are legendary, having investigated some of America’s most notorious cases: the Black Dahlia, the Hillside Strangler, the Onion Field murders, and the Charles Manson family murders to name a few.

But these storied detectives have had their ranks decimated down to just 10 people in the vaulted Robbery Homicide Division due to a “defund the police” mindset that began long before George Floyd was killed in 2020, an LAPD insider told the Washington Examiner.

The most prestigious detective unit in the department formerly numbered about 100 people, with approximately 25 assigned to handle homicides, a decade before Chief Michael Moore took office in 2018, according to one of its former members. And to make matters worse, a crime wave is gripping the city where homicides are at a 15-year high.

Inside the world of Violent Street Racing Mobs taking over Los Angeles

Violent street racing mobs are increasingly taking over streets across Los Angeles with deadly consequences, and some are blaming the city's widespread adoption of "woke" policies.

Roving groups of young people in the hundreds block intersections and take over entire streets to watch the 2022 version of drag racing that often leaves innocent people injured and property destroyed. So far this year, 705 takeovers have occurred that left six people dead, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Others have been luckier — like the 13-year-old daughter of David Castillo, who survived after being slammed into a window when her father’s car was struck on the way home from Walmart.

“It’s like a warzone,” said Barbara Calhoun, a former Compton councilwoman.

Los Angeles police say they are helpless to stop the mobs because of the sheer numbers. And now, the groups have a new thrill — invading local stores and picking the shelves clean after races are over. Last week, a surveillance video went viral showing looters vandalizing a store and assaulting a clerk.

LA Celebrities Ignore Drought and Exceed Water Rations for pools and landscaping

Sylvester Stallone, Kevin Hart, Dwyane Wade, and the Kardashians are some of the big-name celebrities who have been issued notices of exceedance by their local water district, the Los Angeles Times is reporting.

I love watching progressive social experiments . The outcome is almost always the same but they have that train wreck vibe to them .
Unfortunately, those with two cents to rub together all move here, and with the exception of some Conservative Californians who buy in Brentwood lol, we are not getting the pick of the litter.. the majority of folks I have found are moving to Tennessee because they think it will be cheaper than where they came from (no longer the case.. with the exception of property taxes, which these apartment folks don’t pay), then awful surly when they don’t like it here lol

Woke LA judge with links to DA George Gascon declares MISTRIAL for robbery suspect because defendant didn't get a proper night's SLEEP in jail

A California judge, who hails from a powerful Democrat family who endorsed LA DA George Gascon, granted a mistrial for a man facing life in prison because he was sleepy.

The alleged criminal apparently did not get a good night’s rest before the trial after spending the night in a cell without a bed or blanket.

Vamazae Elgin Banks, 24, appeared in court after threatening a McDonald's worker with a gun before stealing less than $100.

Court records accused Banks of telling the cashier at the fast food joint that he would kill her if she didn't produce the cash quickly enough, allegedly telling her 'hurry up or I'll blow your brains out!'

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Daniel Lowenthal made the mistrial ruling after he decided the alleged robber couldn’t take proper notes due to his lack of proper sleep. Trials like these typically cost the judicial system between $600-$1,300.
