Not in my opinion.
The irony to me is in feeling the need to fake a tweet and fake an apology - ginned up to make sure that the "targets" knew they were supposed to be offended. Someone thought that the genuine article couldn't put two and two together.
Liberal revisionist b.s. The first European settlement in the new world was Pensacola and it was wiped out by a hurricane, not a farming issue. Do you really believe if there were no natives when the Europeans landed the United States would be significantly different than it is today? Cmon man, why is it so hard for whites to be proud of what their ancestors built?
Sep got his panties twisted. Posted a fact check. Fact check rejected and ended up posting the quote which got his knickers knackered in the 1st place. You’re arguing about a tweet that you dug up in a “fact check” trying to debunk another one of Biden’s bigoted statements. Not only did Biden actually make the statement, but nobody even brought up the tweet you are talking about.
You reacted to the fact check exactly as the authors intended. Congrats.
He didnt say they lacked culture. He just said there isnt much Native American culture in American culture.Yikes.
I don't know what's more irrelevant to the conversation, you feeling the need to point out that the first settlement was in Pensacola or that it was wiped out by a hurricane.
It's curious to me why you'd feel the need to agree that's it's acceptable to tear down another culture in order to prop up you own. No one is suggesting that the Europeans didn't "build" (on the backs of those they conquered), it's simply low rent to so needlessly suggest that the people who were conquered lacked culture.

Or when you incorporate a bunch of disparate tribes with a combined population less than 1% the total it also happens.I guess when you cram people into reservations and ignore them, that tends to happen.

He must've been distracted today.
Sep, you fasting off sugar and caffeine, too???

No losing culture directly influences the winners. Any culture, any time, any place. No idea why people get butt hurt when the US isnt different than every other nation before it.
If it weren't for the tweets, nobody would be talking about the statement - because it wasn't racist. If it were, the manufactured tweet and manufactured apology wouldn't have been necessary. Get it?
Not sure why this is so tough to grasp - literally no one thought or believed the town hall comments were worthy of clutched pearls, until they were told they should be. So I'd agree, one of us is reacting.
Curious to me why only whites are not allowed to take pride in their accomplishments and it’s always “on the backs” of other races. You are either a self hating white or a racist who doesn’t let facts get in the way of your delusional world. The oracle you cited as evidence stated if it were not for Indians white Europeans would’ve starved. That was the reason I brought up Pensacola as evidence it wasn’t lack of agricultural knowledge but weather that doomed the first colony. Europeans suddenly forgetting how to put seeds in the ground despite having similar climate and soil in Europe is ridiculousYikes.

By the time the Europeans landed pretty much anywhere (vikings) the population in North America was under 10 million, and had been dropping from a peak of almost 40 million. Central and south America were more populated. Which is why they still had various empires present.I think it could be argued that the numbers that are left is as a direct result of 90% of native american's being killed by Europeans in some form or fashion.
He's wrong yet you can't point to any indian culture?
