Lol the gushing opinions on their class is funny. They have 2 (anderson/mcleod) highly sought after guys and the rest arent takes from any other top tier program.

Idk who is or isn’t a take at places but most of their 4s have pretty good offer lists honestly.

Started to look how recently they had been offered by the impressive offers but decided that was too much effort.

Their highest rated player per 247 only has 10 offers and the list isn’t all that impressive. Xzavier Howard and Grayson Howard do have good offer lists but the others seem real meh. Of course each one has some good schools you can cherry pick, but only a few have offers from a majority of the big schools.

I didn't know this, but evidently Columbia, SC is a nice college town.

Also, Shane Beamer is building a pretty impressive class himself.

Lol to the first. SC has had pretty good classes. Even Musclecramp was able to bring in 5 stars.

The issue typically is that they are relatively top heavy. And the fillers are garbage. Their average is usually a good point or two below ours.

He does this all the time. As an example, let’s say you said something positive about Kentuckys class. He would come back with oh you are Stoops #1 fan or you love Kentucky.

I’ll put $$$ on that. USC is a terrible program that hit its high during Spurrier. They are now what they typically are, a 6-7 win team annually and that is what they will be under Beamer.

I don’t see Beamer as terrible. Will find out this year, they hit the transfer portal and brought in some talent. Their DL class looks pretty good. No idea which Spencer Rattler will show up this year, but I see them above Vandy and Mizzou and around the same level as Kentucky. Their ceiling is 8 wins and floor of 6 wins.
