'24 SC QB Jadyn Davis

Statistically speaking Banks might play himself into a mid/Late draft pick... he's top 5 in most production at MLB tackles, 4.5 sacks (SEC has him at 5), 1 qbh, 9 tfls, 1 int. By the years end he'll be up there in TFL's and tackles. He sits 11th in the league in total tackles but outside of Will Anderson with 7 sacks banks has had the most disruptive in regards to tfls.
Is this the recruiting pitch for Jadyn Davis? Lol

Man Tahj Boyd should’ve been our Tahj Boyd 😔
I remember holding the door open to the Anderson Training Center as the recruits were leaving to go to the Vol Walk before a game. I gave Boyd a fist bump and told him we’d love to have him at UT. He committed to us a few days later.

Vols quarterbacks coach Joey Halzle traveled to Catawba Ridge High School in Fort Mill, S.C., to check on four-star Class of 2024 quarterback Jadyn Davis, 247Sports’ No. 1 overall prospect in the 2024 class. Davis has visited the Vols since late July, most recently attending their home game against Ole Miss on Oct. 16, and they’re believed to be one of several teams in the running for him in the early stages of his recruitment.

From Rivals:

"Davis possesses all the major qualities you look for in a quarterback for today's game. He knows where to go with the ball, is very accurate and does a good job of evading the pass rush. Davis can make all the throws and has the mobility to keep defenses off balance. He isn't the tallest quarterback but he still does a good job of going through his progressions and finding throwing lanes.

"North Carolina, Ohio State, Georgia, Alabama, Oklahoma, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee and Clemson are just some of the schools Davis has already visited during his recruitment. While no additional visits are set for this spring, Davis does want to see Clemson, Georgia, Florida State, North Carolina, Ohio State and Tennessee this spring." - Friedman

Davis really likes our offense alot as well as Coach Heupel. Tn will be a serious player for him. Love that we are stacking up super talented QB'S in recruiting now need to finish with them. In CHRIST Alone

Yeah, first step was to just get the attention of elite QBs. We hadn’t done much under the previous few coaches. Heup has done that. Now if he can show strides in year two, he might just start closing the deal. After that, it should snowball into a lot of elite recruiting and success

You are correct. As fans we lose patience because we are ready to get back competing for Titles but so much bad happened far to long that Heup and staff have the biggest not even a hole but crater to get out of. In CHRIST Alone

From Rivals:

Davis had a phenomenal day at the Rivals Camp in Charlotte. The five-star quarterback was able to show off all of the skills that make him the No. 1 quarterback in the 2024 class. In a variety of drills and during 1-on-1s, Davis threw with consistent accuracy and power when necessary, which helped him fit passes into tight coverage. When his receiver was running deep routes, he was able to put it on the money and on timing routes, Davis showed that he was able to quickly adjust to the speed of the receiver he was paired with. In the camp setting, it's difficult to simulate situations where quarterbacks need to go through their progressions, but Davis has shown in the past the patience and football IQ to be able to identify the correct receiver and deliver a catchable ball. Clemson, North Carolina, Ohio State, Tennessee and Florida State are just a few of the prominent programs involved with Davis.
