'24 SC QB Jadyn Davis

I typically don’t believe this way, but do you think Nico committing scared him off?
I think it could have. If it in fact did then he’s probably not one you’d exactly want anyway. Plus I’d say we’d have a good shot at Madden or another top QB in ‘25

Madden for sure.

Just seems Jayden was all I not long ago now he’s reportedly not. Could have been going for twitters, who knows…

My oldest's girls varsity lacrosse team played at his hs today...nice school.huge athletic department. Like a small college.

I could be wrong, but the only way that I see us getting this kid is if Joe Milton is our starting QB in 2023.

The Nico recruitment is going to have a ripple effect for years to come. Recruiting is going to the next level ladies and morans.
I would think any top recruit would at least want to come to Rocky Top and have lunch with Spyre just to see what his “value” for endorsements would be at least until rumors get out that other schools collectives are out bidding Spyre.

If any of the stories are true, the Spyre deal was the icing on the cake for Nico as he and his family loved the town, coaches, school, facilities, etc. I think Spyre put us over the top, but I don't want to take anything away from the coaching staff/recruiting team that is for all intensive porpoises knocking recruiting out of the park.

Whoever is our starter will have absolutely nothing to do with if this kid will commit to us or not
If we have a freshman starting at QB (redshirt or true freshman) it's not likely that the #1 QB in the country will want to potentially sit for 2 years.

Then why do top qb prospects continue to go to osu, bama, uga, clemson, etc?
