That was a mistake. Another poster said they mentioned UT as a finalist for Tyreke Evans, another Top 10 prospect, which is also untrue. I think they got the two players mixed up when they discussed interest in UT.

Rumor alert: this morning one of his teammates told my fiance that Scotty is going to UT. I don't really know how reliable that is (the teammate--my fiance is pretty solid.)

I will see Scotty's coach--and maybe him, I don't know--tonight, so maybe I'll learn something then.

If Scotty comes and Tyler stays, the collective talent level next year could be higher than it's ever been, save perhaps the Ernie/Bernie years.

Don't know cotton personally but from everything i've heard from him on the board he doesn't seem to throw things like that out there without good basis. Thanks cotton and let us know what you can!

Thanks, just keep in mind that this is what his teammate said. I have no doubt that the teammate said it, but I would like to ask someone else for confirmation as to whether the teammate knows what he is talking about.

And no, the teammate wasn't Ty Edmonson.

This rumor is flying around right now. Ususally when it starts coming from multiple people its true. Let's hope that is the case.

after watching last nights game i think we need a guy like hopson to get to the rim and draw fouls only really tyler can do that and kinda ramar when he not outta control... but hopson would open the floor for everyone else and we would be a lot more atletic at the wings wi tatum n hopson...lets hope he signs wit us
