If he comes back, our team next year will be beast. We will contend for a championship, but I think we can win one in two years

In a Govolsxtra article I just read, Pearl said he would be submitting papers to the NBA for Scotty. While I am not exactly sure what that means, I am fairly certain no matter what happens he will not be drafted.

He has got the athleticism and the talent, he just does not seem to be able to put it together. I hope to see him in orange next year, and hope he works on his dribbling and pull-up jumper in the offseason.

If he tries to go pro, it will be like Randolph a few years ago when he was going to test the waters and nobody wanted him. I like Scotty, but there is no way he can make it in the NBA. I mean he has trouble dribbling, shooting, and rebounding in college. Come back for another year Scotty, then you may be ready.

Scotty has the talent no question, but he's simply not even close to being ready for the NBA right now.

Oh geez relax, it was a joke. We all know Scotty is not ready for the NBA, he has alot of things he needs to come back to school and improve.

Sorry I'm really not in the mood I have to listen to this fathead fsu fan tomorrow at school tomorrow go on and on about how Tennessee lost while he doesn't know a thing about basketball. It gets really annoying.

A FSU fan? Ask him what they have done in sports in the past several years? The answer would be nothing.

His mom gives me rides to football practice so I can't say nothin foreal. He gets offended easily so I'm not even goin to start. I'll just tell him how he's never had a girlfriend maybe that will shut him up.

Here's the real question...would we be better off without him? Move Tobias to 3 with McRae backing him up. Play Cam and Bone at the 2. Hall/Maymon/Pearl at the 4 and Big brian/Hall at the 5.

Not saying I think we would or wouldn't...just throwing that out there.

Ever player is an asset. Eliminating an asset (especially and NBA potential asset) wouldn't help.

It is possible.

Ummmm. Do you recall losing T. Smith and then having the best year in school history?

The only reason it happened the way it did was because it made them play harder when they realized they lost their best player. We were better with Tyler offensively when he was here.

Scotty Hopson is ready for the NBA about like Steven Pearl is ready to be our go to guy on offense next year. Come back and get your game together Scotty then think about the next level.
